Implements #2089: Add max clicks limit feature

This PR adds the ability to set a maximum number of clicks for a link. When the limit is reached, users can be redirected to a custom URL.

Features implemented:

• Added maxClicks and maxClicksUrl fields to database schema
• Created Max Clicks modal UI component
• Added Max Clicks button to link builder interface
• Implemented click tracking and limit checking in middleware
• Added Max Clicks to Pro plan features
