How to reduce the 'statictoc' template documentation size?

I have 25Mb of size with the default template which is fine but requires the server. I need the solution without the server and the statictoc is the way but the ~1.5 GB size of the documentation is not the case for me. Is there a way to make the size of the static documentation similar to the documentation with the default template that won't require the server?
