ResourceRelationshipAnnotation added but relation not shown in dashboard

Describe the bug

I created a custom resource (though that is not the important part here) and used the new 9.1 ResourceRelationshipAnnotation here so that in the dashboard the resource would be shown as a child resource, similar to for example the SQL Server resource and the databases created in it.

• This annotation seems not to have any impact whatsoever on the display? I would expect the dashboard to display the child as an item under the parent
• In the Aspire codebase for SQL Server, nothing is using this attribute for the moment, but the database is shown as a child of the server resource anyway. How is this then achieved for that resource?

That indeed worked. Didn't work at first with custom hosting integration though, but I blame that on CoPilot :-D. I love the thing but sometimes it generates code that looks so nice but you end up shooting yourself in the foot. All well now, and also tested the other variants, so WIthParentRelation(..), WithAnnotation(...) working as expected. That you for the fast follow up!
