Altinn 3 statistics

The statistics publiced monthly for Altinn 3 is sparse at the moment. Improving the quality of the monthly statistics would shorten the lead time for use of Altinn 3 statistics and allow for fast and use of the statitics across Digdir. It will also spare long term workload if most of the data we need is already published. On the other hand the published data from might include too many variables (unexplained) which makes the use of the statics more difficult.

To get a good published dataset we need to
