In the custom_disconnect() function in dfeshiny...

As a dashboard creator, I want to have both the existing refresh link and a separate "Reset page" or "Back to default" link (aka the initial view)

So that I can provide users with a choice between refreshing the page with the existing bookmarks, or if helpful, just resetting the whole app back to the default view (without bookmarks)
