Overview: The purpose of this ticket is to have an individual device communicate directly with the cloud.

Dev Notes:

  • This is the best use of our time for preparation for Levo.
  • Focuses more on the consumer model for IoT decides.

Acceptance Criteria:
[ ]AC1: Data can be published from a device into the timestream database.
