MarkAI v1.2

In this release: Config file, words and config folders are automatically created if they don't exist, quite a bit of code refactored and smaller changes made.

MarkAI v1.1

Mark now learns what word he should start the message with, fixed the random weigh generation to be actually random according to the weighs, ignores formatting (~~, *, `) when learning messages.

MarkAI is born!

This is the 1st version of MarkAI. The most up-to-date version of the binary will be in target/, but when I feel like i've made enough changes I'll make a new release.
