Automatically give role to user when they are given a tier and team. #5

Automatically give role to user when they are given a tier and team. So for instance if they are given tier 1, give them a tier 1 role from the server (some sort of settings/configuration page to setup right roles) and if they are given mercedes give the the role linked to that team.
