pm2 will not start after installing the image. #2

pm2 start app/ After a while the lead flashes.
The smartphone is operating normally.
This is Raspberry Pie 4 on the test.

The device was added on your PC, but it is not connecting.

The television studio Webtali is on the top

ATEM 2M/E Constellation has PGM CAM1 still on.

I hope there is a solution.
