Add soy customization points

It's currently hard to customize soy behavior for metal-treeview. To change how a node should be rendered you basically have to rewrite the whole soy logic after extending from TreeView.

An option that was suggested by @jbalsas is to use deltemplates with variants to provide this kind of customization.
