Darwin release binaries

It would be very helpful to have darwin binaries available in github releases for direct download.

The reason why it failed seems pretty simple: https://github.com/denisidoro/dotfiles/blob/master/scripts/rust/release#L18 is unable to detect cross-compilation isn't necessary, and is trying to use an invalid cross target.

Perhaps it's related to Intel vs ARM for newer Macs?

Anyway, should be an easy fix for a newcomer to work on.
