Description

This is automated change.

Why do we need it, and what problem does it solve?

  • every *.go file within go.mod-hierarchy should now have correct license header
  • every go.mod-hierarchy should now have correct LICENSE file

What is the expected result?

  • no change in build artifacts, only license information update
