Describe the bug
After publishing a scene and sharing a video through the Admin Tool for the first time, the video has no sound. A /reload is required to resolve the issue.

To Reproduce

1. Publish a scene.
2. Share a video through the Admin Tool for the first time.
3. Observe that the video has no sound.
4. Perform a /reload of the scene.
5. After the reload, the video plays with sound.

✅ Expected Result:

• The video should have sound immediately after being shared through the Admin Tool.

❌ Actual Result:

• After publishing a scene and sharing a video through the Admin Tool for the first time, the video lacks sound. A /reload of the scene is required to make the sound work.
