With the latest PR merged AnalogSignal results from both bsb-nest and bsb-neuron have the same structure:
They are stored as an array of values for each neuron ID, for each device.

Now, this is different from the SpikeTrains results which are only grouped by device.
Should we uniform the way the results are stored for SpikeTrains and AnalogSignal?
--> Should bsb-nest store each neuron' spiketrain separately

If we move to make anything uniform between the 2, I would motion to first create a specification at all. Currently it's a wild west where each device can do whatever it wants. Perhaps we should create some order and write down and document how we want to standardize the output as much as possible?
