feat: πŸš€ Enhance fitness advice and resources

- Added counterpoint on muscle mass impact on metabolism.
- Suggested training each muscle group 6-20 sets per week, 2+ times a week.
- Updated various fitness resource links and descriptions.
- Emphasized the importance of positive reinforcement in life advice.
