As a producer, I need to be able to complete my profile

Description

This issue cannot be done until #10 is finished.

The idea is the following: once we will be able to authentify users with OIDC, we will have producer profile with plateform info such as emails. However we won't have key info such as the SIRET number which is needed to communicate with the Open Food Facts database.

Updates needed : how many fields has a profile? Which ones can be edited? Which ones are mandatory?

• As a user, if I login for the first time, I need to fill my profile, especially the SIRET field (the rest is already known?)
• Once I fill this field, I'm redirected to the product catalog each time I'm logging in again
