Reload Collection

I find myself making changes to the collection outside of posting in my text editor, but then needing to restart posting to pick up those changes. It would be very convenient to be able to reload the collection from disk inside posting without needing to restart. An option to reload manually would be totally sufficient, but an automatic reload of the collection by watching the collection files would also be really neat.
