dapr init 的初始化 的下载文件 的验证

我在 使用

dopr init  

本地初始化时 发现需要下载 dashboard_windows_amd64 及 daprd_windows_amd64 两个 .zip 文件 但因网络因网络不稳定，所以 我提前下载后放到 .dapr\bin 可是没有做 文件检测 就 重新下载文件了。无法初始化成功，是否可以 init 时做个文件检测，如果符合就跳过，方便成功初始化
