bug fix version

fixed bugs:

  • caves generating wrong
  • wrong formula for fog shader
  • 'precision' keyword causing shaders to not compile on some GPUs
  • not being able to place sapling inside player, despite it not having a collision
  • particles (and other entities) can be seen moving from the ground

new features:

  • proper logging (using Serilog)
  • resizable window
  • icon for the window
