bug fix version
fixed bugs:
- caves generating wrong
- wrong formula for fog shader
- 'precision' keyword causing shaders to not compile on some GPUs
- not being able to place sapling inside player, despite it not having a collision
- particles (and other entities) can be seen moving from the ground
new features:
- proper logging (using Serilog)
- resizable window
- icon for the window
artifacts builds are taken from this workflow
