Error Connecting to Innova Devices

I sucessfully connect to the device and am able to select a room to put it in.

I looked it the logs for integrations and I am getting this error.

Error getting status http://192.168.30.32/api/v/1/status ((TimeoutError(),))

and then:

Error retrieving unit status

What happens if you try to open the url (http://192.168.30.32/api/v/1/status) in a browser?

Do you get an error?

Hey there, thanks for the help! I figured out that the issue was from me blocking internet access to the units through my router' s firewall. I guess I have to block some ports in order to be able to fully close down the network... maybe you know how to get this working?

Hi All,
I have two fancoil, one is correctly installed and works with HA, the other one worked for two weeks and then i had the same error of this topic and also the same log info.
can someone kindly help me how to fix this?
i have already checked the rules on router and everything seems ok.

I have an innova webserver connectted to innova 3in1 HP and 5 airleaf.
The address to access via browser to manage its is http://192.168.1.xx/v/2.3.2/device.html
How to use the integration ?
If I put 192.168.1.xx on host of integration, response is "Failed to connect".

Hi,
Thank you for your useful app. I installed it today, and I had a similar issue when I wanted to add my device. The device was connected to the Wi-Fi, but it was in sleep mode. I turned on the device and tried again to add it to home assistance. The issue was resolved and I added it successfully.
