option to hide/show cell toolbar #113

In #39 it was mentioned that having the cell toolbar was an issue in presentations, so #84 basically made it hidden for presentations. It would be nice to make an option for this a button, etc.

Yes, we need to provide a config option to enable this...

Hi Damian, having the cell toolbar would be useful for workshops and teaching. Is there a way to re-enable this manually?

You can do it removing stuff from the css... reverting the changes introduced here: #84 should work. Still I think we need to provide a config option for this...
