This release fixes a bug in reading uwyo data from a file.

This release contains a few community contributed enhancements and issue fixes. This also includes a new utility "plot-acars" which is a GUI to get and plot aircraft-based sounding data from NOAA.

Add ability to plot ACARS sounding profiles.

Add script plot-acars to load and plot aircraft soundings from ACARS data publically available through MADIS
