Current State:

System only tracks active/inactive changes
No tracking of content changes
compare_roles() exists but isn't used for content changes

Success Criteria:

Utilize existing compare_roles() to detect changes in listing fields
Add change history to previous_data.json structure
Create new message format for change notifications
Track changes in: title, location, sponsorship, and season fields
Add timestamp for when changes were detected
