We may end up reverting this commit before we merge into `main`. This commit is to help the team be able to test the sample app against the latest native iOS code.

Steps to make a local build
npm installApps/FCM/and runnpm install.Apps/FCM/ioss/directory in Xcode. You may need to download code signing files, createEnv.swiftfile with CIO credentials.
