Some people may be late to judging and cant make it to check-in, we will need to have a ticket system in a discord channel which is monitored by our volunteers and organizers

Sounds like a fairly simple setup, could even do it with just a pre-written bot you can invite to the server.

Only question is if you need some additional features or scope that would go beyond just a standard ticketing system.
