Tool version capture beyond container tag.

• Add version command run and parse template to each tool def in mapper.config
• Add process def to run the version command
• Weave into the meta

Storage for singularity images built from docker (a few gigs only)

• Ideally via api calls to an appropriate repository
• minimum - capture and make the exact container images available for any published results

Explicitly machine-readable output

We already output formatted results and metadata, additional formatting, standardisation will be required

• Identify relevant standards
• Apply the standards to outputs and metadata
