Replace CouchDB REST with Cache-based one

I guess, for a time being, we do not plan to have CouchDB compatible REST API inside of Cache', and rather use the CouchDB development container from cpmteam/devenv

@eduard93 because it will add nothing. For hosting we will still use [free] CouchDB hosting (smileupps.com). For local development and massaging of repository we now have docker-based, CouchDB container [https://github.com/cpmteam/devenv]

There is no much value to try to implement full NPM API (which is not documented BTW) just to proof a concept that we could. We could, but it will distract our resources, at the moment we could better concentrate our energy elsewhere. We better not try to invent bicycle again, but to cook solution from multiple, open-sourcing and working tools (you know, "microservices" and other modern trends).

"There is bigger fish to fry" at the moment.
