Overlays pack compiled and configured for usage with Retropie.

There are PSD files for Playstation 2 and Gamecube in _sources/systems-custom but since they don't work at all on a Raspberry Pi, I did not create the overlay config (it should be easy to do, should you want to).
I also removed the "clear" overlays because it's the same as "shaders". Just edit the all/retroarch/overlay_cfg/common_crt.cfg file to remove the shader.
