  • Improve the documentation on how model should be passed - this is currently confusing as it implies one only needs to give the model name, not the model path.
  • Suppress warnings when loading the model (these don't matter).
  • Look into dropped n5 support in zarr-python, see also Thinning down zarr-python zarr-developers/zarr-python#1274. The warning currently does not pose an issue, but will become one in the future.

Implemented in da09b99 , except for the zarr support.
