Layouts

Goal - implement 3 layouts that will be displayed depending on user permission. If a user profile isn't loaded show a spinner.

Login layout

A container with a form that should be centered on the page

User layout

Fixed header with:
- Logo
- Left-side links - restaurants, my account
- Logout icon on the right side

Admin layout

Should inherit all details of user layour
Left-side drawer that consists of links to a user and restaurants page
