[ACID] Netherstorm South West island rework part 3 (#1241)

This time focussing the area in the red circle

Notable Changes coming with this patch

- Removed all Farahlon Crumbler spawns (only spawn when Giant looses health)
- Artifact Seeker confirm to only Mana Burn current target if its a mana user
- Artifact seeker confirmed to only cast  spell lock on current target
- 2 missing Shaleskin Flayer  added
- 2 missing Artifact Seeker added
- 4 missing Phase Hunter added
