To start this project, just install the requirements:
$ pip install -r requirements.txt
Then you should select one or more CLDF datasets to be used to compute yoru colexifications. These should be cloned in the folder called cldf-datasets
.
This can be done as follows:
$ cd cldf-datasets
$ git clone https://github.com/intercontinental-dictionary-series/ids
$ git clone https://github.com/intercontinental-dictionary-series/yuchinese
Having installed all dependencies and cloned the two repositories, just type:
$ python clicsviz.py
The best way to view colexifications in the browser is to make your own server with Python:
$ cd app
$ python http.server 8000
When opening now your browser at http://localhost:8000 you will be able to select individual networks and inspect them interactively.
