Fixed bug with Observation red dot not showing on first load

🗣 Description

The initial load of the Questions screen did not receive the correct Observation status from the API. The API was not compensating for older names like "discovery". The TinyMapper actions were not mapping that value over correctly because of the property name difference. Added code to move that value over deliberately.
