bento/rockylinux-8 has firewall enabled and selinux=enforcing

Scenario

These boxes have always had firewall down and selinux permissive, out of the box. Recent changes to RHEL8 config (https://github.com/chef/bento/blob/main/packer_templates/http/rhel/8ks.cfg, current lines 5-6) (inherited by rockylinux-8, almalinux-8, oraclelinux-8) have these boxes with firewalld enabled and selinux on enforcing.

This isn't necessarily a bug, but there was no sort of announcement about it, if this is intended perhaps you could document this change.
