Using "cmake" instead of make allows you to compile in multiple environments. This would help with #9 and a few others.

Yes, You are right. I am learning cmake yet. Personally, I think the cmake syntax cumbersome, but it is due to my lack of knowledge. I will explore.
I am studying cmake extension to see how can I add it to our project.
