有付费账号
创建AppID可以勾选Personal VPN和Network Extensions功能
给PacketTunnel target创建App Clip的ID，就没有Personal VPN和Network Extensions的选项，但是各种vpn demo上都需要开启这两个，
报错：Provisioning profile "7mvpnne" doesn't support the Network Extensions and Personal VPN capability.
请问如果操作，非常感谢
