Evaluate PPHC on realistic scenario

• Review and expand the quizzes for COP2513 so as to feature more distractors
• Ensure that we have more quizzes with more questions to make the problem more challenging / realistic for the EA
• Analyze student interaction data to identify underlying DECA coordinate system (@rpwiegand)
• Compare the above, using the metrics developed for issue Validate baseline PPHC ability to approximate underlying DECA coordinates system #79, to what PPHC evolved in its last generation
• Perform an instructor-based selection among the new distractors (@drpventura + @profgrumpy)
• Compare the above to evolved distractors and DECA analysis (@rpwiegand)
