Update to user interface and data display

Changes made to improve user experience:

• Collapsible panels in main body replaced with tabs (collapsible panels in sidebar remain).
• Histograms in plotting panel are now generated using the plotly library rather than the inbuilt histogram function. These histograms are now stacked with data from central and northern regions separated in the same way that data is separated in the subplots on the sidebar panels.
• Table view now uses the DT library, and certain columns are hidden for readability and consistent row height.
• Plotly subplots in the sidebar now have more readable bar labels, replacing the variable names read from the dataframe.

This release is the first major release of the data exploration tool for the Malawi Farms Survey. Data file can be obtained from Dr Marcelo Valadares Galdos
