Weekly quota not reset

Hello,

I am using cellarium-CAS for the first time in 20 days, but upon checking my quota I am receiving the following message:

• [10:57:58.984] Weekly quota: 100000, Remaining weekly quota: 30466, Weekly quota reset date: 2025-01-24T00:00:00
  Lifetime quota: 200000, Remaining lifetime quota: 30466

Since it has been well over a week since my previous cellarium usage, I expect to have a higher quota value. Am I eligible to only use up to a certain quota forever, or does this reset? I am not seeing anything in the documentation for a limited lifetime quota, can this be clarified please?
