[BUG] esp8266 port ota no public key integrade. #1

Bug Description

The fw for esp8266 port without a valid public key, so the ota not work!

Steps to Reproduce

download fw and burn from pc.

Expected behavior: ota from client

Actual behavior: not work

ccccmagicboy added the esp8266 label
