Migrate to Hardware model v2

HWM2 has been merged for Zephyr 3.7.0 since zephyrproject-rtos/zephyr@8dc3f85.
This is the new hardware description model for Zephyr boards.

We should begin to migrate zest core custom targets to the new hardware model as soon as possible, for zephyr 3.7.0 release.
