Add a key binding across stokes

A key-binding that applied the mask across all Stokes planes would be useful, similar to the functionality for applying a mask across all channels in a spectral cube.

This is complicated because of preempted control key combinations on browsers and varied use cases. Interactive clean with casaviewer there is a choice of all planes or all stokes.
