Matching colormaps with color maps with CARTA would aid comparison between the viewer and images shown in CARTA. Ideally this would include matching names and ordering and including small visualizations of the colormap (also similar to CARTA).

Discoverability of the color map and other dropdown menus is limited (coordinates, color scale, mask shading). Graphics to identify the tabs or text above the dropdowns would be useful.
