On-Page-Navigation tab for documentation

Currently, the caMicroscope documentation website lacks on-page navigation, making it difficult for users to quickly jump to different sections of a long document. This feature would enhance the user experience by allowing easier navigation within a page.

Expected Benefits:
✔️ Improves documentation usability.
✔️ Saves users time by reducing manual scrolling.
✔️ Helps new users quickly locate relevant sections
