[Feature Request] Update naming for tool call related variable

Motivation

We have update the tool call message format via #1436, but some variable naming haven't been updated from function to tool, (e.g. func_message.py to tool_message.py)this update would be better after #1424 is done or based on refactor/chatagent branch to reduce the conflict solving effort
