Sapphire nitro (no +) RX 480 4gb hynix incompatibility

for whatever reason polaris bios editor 1.4 is reading the memory timing MHz as a 7 digit number and i am having trouble modifying the timing straps because of that. any clue what the issue is, ive done many other hynix memory cards with no issue this is the only one that is giving me issue. any imput or help would be greatly appretiated

Use Polaris bios editor by Jackaknack should work
