160k 40-track DSK support

Thanks for the note. This tool was designed for 35 track Apple II disk images. My guess is that you are using a disk image for another (maybe PC?) platform, is that the case? Thanks.

I am converting the old apple II floppy disk to DSK or WOZ format via floppy-EMU. Because some floppy disks are formatted into 40 tracks with special software to increase the capacity from 140k to 160k. In order to use customary copy tools (many tools support WOZ rather than DSK ), I want to find a 160K WOZ for testing.

Appreciate the need here. It's not something I'm going to have the time to work in, but if you are willing to make the edits I'm happy to look at a pull request for this. Thanks for the heads-up
