Creating a Github Workflow that automatically executes the script file and updates the csv files

The tasks are a bit self-explanatory, creating a Github workflow that does:

• Execute the files
• Update the files

That's a good idea to build an automation to update the data. But as a priority, I suggest that we build first something that we can show to the world. The automation will come in a second place. What do you think ?
