This PR rolls up a few UI updates including:

  • remove vertical lines from graphs
  • change test/target 'grid' to a table on test/target details views
  • track hostname and pull it from environment variables or build metadata
  • pull step label from $GITHUB_JOB by default and display CI stepLabel TODO:graph invocation over time per step labels and display step labels in the /build/[slug] view and other places it makes sense to do so
  • optionally hide a few more tabs when they are empty
  • update test files
