[Offer] Taking WinlatorGlibc down #132

Over the time I became an admin of WinlatorGlibc (as I did several OpenXR contributions) but the main developer of the fork disappeared and I do not have power to develop it further in longterm.

I am not interested in Glibc, I am interested in OpenXR. Could we find a way to let me work on the OpenXR integration based on your repository? I do not need the latest source codes, keeping me one major version behind would be completely fine.

If we find an agreement on this then I am willing to take WinlatorGlibc down.

Hello lvonasek, your contributions on OpenXR are welcome,
but it's better to keep it the way it is, I'm restructuring the window rendering part and other things for more performance and the current changes may differ from the current source code available.
